There has been a LOT of demolition in our house over the last few weeks. All in preparation for the steel beam being set. It is finally in! Quite a bit of analyzing was requited to figure out how to re-run our ducts, pipes and electrical now that the wall is gone. In the end, they found a way to make it all work.

| The fireplace tile is finished! Next week the gas insert will be installed. The mantel is actually straight, but for some reason it looks warped. |
